Our caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals who are personally and thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly our caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily caring of others. In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Home For Good.
Unlike most caregiver companies out there who mostly contract out their help, we use only our own employees or as well call them "family members". In the past we did try using the contract or agency model for finding caregivers in order to reduce our rates for our customers, but we found that the quality was suffering.
