[Since the] passing of my mother, things have been a little hectic over the last 6 weeks. I wanted to share with you about my family's feelings about your agency and the caregivers that you sent over to take care of my mom. We couldn't have been any happier with the level of care, commitment and professionalism displayed by everybody that you "loaned" us to take care of my mom in her last 7 months of her life. Anna and Faye were gentle, supportive, hard working and above all compassionate caregivers for my beloved mother while she was suffering from her illness. Your administrative staff was prompt, courteous and always available in the event we needed them. Your fees were fair and affordable and we felt like we received tremendous value from your services.
If my dad is in need of a Senior Care agency to help him in his time of need, you will be the first agency we turn to. You personally have been an amazing resource and find to our family. I know my mom is in heaven now wondering why it has taken me so long to send this email out to you.

The caregiver that Home For Good has provided has been on a come and go basis since January 2008. She provides excellent assistance with medication reminders, light meal preparation, Doctor appointments & other various duties. She arrives on time and has an excellent attendance record.

My sisters and I hired Home For Good when we needed twenty four hour care for our 95 year old mother seven days of the week. Our mother had broken her pelvis bone in March, had been in the hospital, then in a nursing home, and now was coming home. Although she could do some things for herself, her legs were weak and certain kinds of care was needed that we could not do for her.

Home For Good has exceeded our expectations both in caring for our mother and in working with us at an administrative level. From our first call to them they were careful, responsible, flexible and efficient. When our case worker came out meet Mom and us, she listened carefully to our needs and wishes, and described their program of caregiving. It was clear that they were a responsible agency and had high expectations for their caregivers and the relationship between clients themselves. It is impressive that that kind of care and concern continues to prevail.

Our case worker always brings new caregivers to the house to meet our mother and us. These visits begin with warm hugs all round, then pleasant conversation. There is no sense of pressure on us or the caregiver. It took a little while to find caregivers that fit well with Mom's situation and life style, but Home For Good worked with us on finding two amazing women to care for our mother....

....An agreement, from the beginning, with Home For Good was that Mom would never be left alone. They have been responsible and reliable about this promise. When our caregivers change shifts they spend time together, being certain that the old one preps the incoming one. They arrive on time, and do not leave until the next caregiver arrives and is prepped. We have been assured that if ever the situation arrived that a caregiver could not be there for us, our caseworker would find another person or come herself. Feeling this confidence that Mom will never be left alone is one of the major reasons we are glad that we selected Home For good, but not the only reason.
